Intercessory Prayer Meeting
Intercessory Prayer meeting tonight at 7:00 pm. Please remember Sister Gerri, Sister Myrtle and family in your prayers. Also, Sister Chanel hurt her back and is in a lot of pain! Continue to pray for the men in our church family who are laid off and need a job! Pray for God's protection over Bro Neal and his family during their move to the Shoals this week. Greater than all these needs, is that we pray for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit on our lives and that of our community as he brings healing, restoration and salvation to the lost. "Greater is HE that is in me, than he that is in the world!"

Funeral Arrangements for Matthew Richards
Our brother in Christ, Matthew Richards, passed on to be with the Lord on February 9, 2012 after a lifelong struggle to live with a heart weakened by rheumatic fever. Even though Matthew’s physical heart was never strong, his spiritual heart made him able. The Lord blessed him with an unquenchable love of life and love and appreciation of the people around him.
His passing on to Glory will be celebrated Sunday, February 12, 2012, at Cliff Haven Church in Sheffield. Viewing for the family will be at two o’clock, then for others from three until the service begins at four. Afterwards, everyone is invited to share food and fellowship in the Family Life Center at the Church.

Matthew Richards
At 4:10 pm today, February 9th, 2012, Brother Matthew Richards went home to be with the Lord. Please keep Sharon and the family in your prayers and show them the love of Christ during this difficult time. Arrangements will be forth coming.

Matthew Richards is on life support in CCU at ECM. They are currently waiting on an EEG to determine if any there is any brain activity. They believe he may have had a massive heart attack during the night. Please be in prayer.

Urgent Prayer Request
Sis Geri Gilliland continues to recover from her surgery Tuesday morning at ECM Hospital. She is in room 262 and hopes to be able to go home Wednesday afternoon.
Bro Matthew Richards is having heart surgery Wednesday morning at ECM and Sis Janette Sutton's dad is having heart surgery at Hellen Keller Hospital also Wednesday morning. Please lift each of of these up in prayer and support them any way you can in the days ahead.
